I failed. I dropped the ball. Sometimes people do it and sometimes they don’t. I didn’t. Working out while not dieting is not productive so the big picture is I haven’t been productive for some time. That will change.
Back on track. Still working out. Rode the bike for 20 minutes Tuesday and lifted (curls) 50 on each arm. Sit ups killed me but got through 25 of them.
Wednesday I walked and walked and walked. I am legit paying for it now but will win in the end.
Today I rode the bike for 20 minutes and I have returned to the diet program and watching the calories. I had my shake this morning for breakfast and just had my protein shake. I lifted the weights for 50 on each arm. The stretchy thing for my chest is annoying but I got that done too. But like I said working out is pretty shit with out changing my eating habit.
Big meeting this summer can’t wait to see everyone again. No emotional bullshit this post. I love him that is all.
